At Oodenaw, we believe in resolving conflicts through open conversations, understanding, and respect, finding common ground and moving forward together.

When it comes to conflicts, we hold dear to our hearts the values of respect, kindness, active listening, and leaving judgment at the door. We're here to support and uplift one another.
Circle Resolutions
When conflicts arise, we'll sit together, talk, and listen. Everyone gets a chance to share their perspectives. Circle resolutions help us find solutions that honour one another and our community values.
Speak Up
We encourage you to raise concerns promptly and directly with the involved parties. Open communication is the key to understanding and healing. If you are feeling vulnerable or uncertain, once there are more than four members, there will be an online mechanism through which you can report any issues anonymously.
